Re-Opening June 1st!
It has been a long 10 weeks, and we are delighted to be welcoming guests back effective June 1, 2020!
You can expect the same beautiful views and well-appointed guest suites--with their private entrances, en-suite bathrooms and balconies for your exclusive enjoyment. But, there will be a few changes. To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and our family, we are following the guidelines of the BC Centre for Disease Control and the Provincial Health Authority. Here is a quick reminder of what you can expect when you arrive.
We are maintaining a minimum 48-hour gap between room reservations to allow for extra cleaning (i.e. steam cleaning fabrics such as drapes and upholstery) and disinfecting of all surfaces, including frequently touched areas such as tables, chairs, handles, doorknobs, switches, etc. As well, all single-use items are replaced between each booking even if they appear untouched, this includes coffee pods, sugar packets, soap, toilet paper, etc.
All reservations will have a self-check-in/check-out process to minimize the need to interact with us. (Not to worry, we live on the property and will be available to assist as needed during your stay). Also, payments for stays will be processed via a contact-free online payment system.
We will no longer be offering a continental breakfast service and the common areas such as the guest "breakfast" lounge will be closed until further notice. (The guest suite kitchenettes will continue to be stocked with dishware, cutlery, glassware, coffee, tea, cream, sugar, and dish washing supplies for your use.) Should you need it - we've added a new page "Eats & Drinks" to our website that has a list of the local coffee houses, bakeries, restaurants - with links to their sites so you can access info about their service operations, business hours, and menus.
For the well-being and comfort of all guests, we ask that you join us in maintaining social distancing practices while staying at the Inn.
If you are coming to stay with us, please check yourself for symptoms prior to your arrival. If you aren't well, not a problem! We will gladly cancel your reservation and will be flexible about deposit refunds when it comes to cancellations due to illness. If you wish or need to change a reservation, just give us a call or pop us an email.
The Pemberton community is highly committed to keeping its people safe and healthy. If you venture out while visiting, please be practice social distancing guidelines -- we are living it here. Call ahead, visit websites or social media channels for the latest information on current business hours and social distancing procedures.
