COVID-19 Response**

Updated: May 6, 2020

**Updated May 1, 2020

The health and well-being of our family, guests and entire Pemberton community is always of the utmost importance to us.  We understand that there is a lot of concern and anxiety about the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), so we want to share with you the additional measures that we are taking to best protect our guests and our family.

Temporary Closure Until May 31, 2020*

  • In an abundance of caution, we are placing a temporary hold on accepting reservations from March 16 to April 30 (now extended to May 31, 2020) while we monitor the progression of the pandemic and the recommendations of the Provincial Health Authority the BC Centre for Disease Control, and the recommendations of the local municipalities.

Operational Changes Commencing June 1, 2020

  • We will be maintaining a minimum 48-hour gap between reservations to allow for extra cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces, including frequently touched areas such as tables, chairs, handles, doorknobs, switches, etc.

  • We will no longer be offering a continental breakfast service in our guest lounge. And, the guest lounge will be closed until further notice. We will, however, continue to stock our guest suite kitchenettes with dishes, cutlery, glassware, coffee, tea, cream, and sugar.

  • All reservations will have a self-check-in/check-out process to minimize the need to interact with us. We live on the property and will be available to assist as needed during your stay.

For the comfort of all guests, we will ask that guests maintain social distancing practices while staying at the Inn.

Furthermore, we ask that guests check themselves for symptoms prior to their arrival, and if not well, cancel their reservation without hesitation. We will be flexible when it comes to cancellations due to illness. If you wish or need to reservation, just give us a call or pop us an email.

We will continue to monitor the Government of Canada, Provincial Health Authority, and BC Centre for Disease Control for newly recommended preventative measures and will implement them expeditiously.

*Please continue to check back as our projected reopen date may change.

We wish you and your families good health as we get through this time together.

Beth & Mike
