The health and well-being of our guests, family and the Pemberton community are our highest priorities. We continue to monitor the guidelines and recommendations put forward by the Government of Canada, the Provincial Health Authority, and the BC Centre for Disease Control. To responsibly and safely re-open here are a few of the operational changes we've implemented:
We are maintaining a minimum 48-hour gap between room reservations to allow for extra cleaning (steam cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces, such as frequently touched areas such as tables, chairs, handles, doorknobs, light switches). As well, all single-use items are replaced between each booking even if they appear untouched; this includes coffee pods, sugar packets, soap, toilet paper, etc.
All reservations will have a self-check-in/check-out process to minimize the need to interact with us. (We live on the property and will be available to assist as needed during your stay.) Also, payments for stays will be processed via a contact-free online payment system.
Common areas such as the guest "breakfast" lounge will be closed until further notice. As a result, we are not offering a continental breakfast service.
We encourage guests to bring food and drinks along when possible to avoid line-ups at local grocery and liquor stores. Local restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and breweries are offering take-out, delivery, in-door/out-door dining options.
For the well-being and comfort of all guests, we ask that guests join us in maintaining physical distancing (2 meters/6 feet) practices while staying at the Inn.
Furthermore, we ask that guests check themselves for symptoms before their arrival, and if not well, cancel their reservation without hesitation. We will be flexible when it comes to cancellations due to illness. If you wish or need to change a reservation, just give us a call or pop us an email.
The Pemberton community is highly committed to keeping its people safe and healthy. If you venture out while visiting, please be practice social distancing guidelines -- we are living it here.
