The safety and well-being of our guests, family and the Pemberton community are our highest priorities. We have been continuing to monitor the guidelines and recommendations put forward by the Government of Canada, the Provincial Health Authority, and the BC Centre for Disease Control. To responsibly and safely re-open here are a few of the operational changes we've implemented:
We are maintaining a minimum 48-hour gap between room reservations to allow for extra cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces, including frequently touched areas such as tables, chairs, handles, doorknobs, switches, etc.
All reservations will have a self-check-in/check-out process to minimize the need to interact with us. (We live on the property and will be available to assist as needed during your stay.)
Common areas such as the guest "breakfast" lounge will be closed until further notice. As a result, we no longer be offering a continental breakfast service. However, the guest suites' kitchenettes will continue to be stocked with dishware, cutlery, glassware, coffee, tea, cream, and sugar.
For the well-being and comfort of all guests, we ask that guests join us in maintaining physical distancing practices while staying at the Inn.
Furthermore, we ask that guests check themselves for symptoms prior to their arrival, and if not well, cancel their reservation without hesitation. We will be flexible when it comes to cancellations due to illness. If you wish or need to change a reservation, just give us a call or pop us an email.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call or send an email.
