Relaxed luxury. Uniquely private. Stunning mountain views.
Whether you are a sports enthusiast, a nature explorer, or travelling for work, the Pemberton Valley Inn is the ideal home away from home. Walking distance to Pemberton Village, close to hiking and biking trails, Provincial Parks, golfing, and only a 25-minute drive to the world-renown Whistler Blackcomb Ski Resort, the Inn offers lodging central to the best activities that Pemberton and Whistler have to offer.
The Inn offers three uniquely private and beautifully appointed guest suites named after three of the region's provincial parks, Joffre Lakes, Nairn Falls, and Garibaldi. Separate from the hosts' main house, its rooms are rustic and relaxed, offering cozy, luxurious all-white bedding, private en suite bathrooms, river rock fireplaces, and private balconies for guests to enjoy the stunning views. The unique Red Cedar square-log construction complements the scenic landscape and alpine beauty of the Pemberton Valley--a private getaway to remember.
The Inn offers guests a number of amenities designed to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.
All rooms are outfitted with mini-kitchenettes, that include a microwave, mini-fridge, glassware, dishes and silverware, coffee maker, kettle, and complimentary tea and coffee
Our rooms all have fireplaces, sitting and eating areas
Outdoor hot tub (check out the view from the hot tub in the gallery)
Picnic table and outdoor fire pit
Secure bike storage
And, because we love that fresh mountain air, the Inn is pleased to provide a 100% smoke (and vapour) free environment.
History of the Pemberton Valley Inn
Built in 1996, the property is an active hobby farm and has gone through a few incarnations: the Pemberton Valley Vineyard and Inn, the Vineyard Restaurant and Inn, and the Old Vineyard and Inn. Over the years the vineyard came and went, but the Inn remained a special home away from home for hundreds of guests. Recently purchased by Michael and Beth Gehrmann, it’s now the Pemberton Valley Inn.
Mike and Beth are passionate about BC’s rugged beauty, yet appreciate simple, luxurious living. Coming to Pemberton is the culmination of Mike and Beth's years of dreaming and planning about a different life. The dream was to move away from the city noise and fast-paced jobs to a life more attuned to nature and living. For the Inn, their vision is simple: provide year-round relaxed, luxurious accommodations, for a uniquely private and restorative experience in a breath-taking setting.
Mike was born in Vancouver and lived most of his life on the North Shore. He is a creative spirit and an avid mountain biker. He loves cooking, gardening, woodworking, and pretty much any craft beer that crosses his path.
Before moving to British Columbia, Beth lived in the Sierra Nevada’s, Napa Valley and Southern California. She is a lover of mountain living and all seasons. She loves reading, gardening and interior design.
Being dog lovers, Zoey (their 15 year old little Silky) and Cooper (their mini Aussie-Doodle) make Mike and Beth's family complete.
